Stored script execution via unsafe anchor links
Published May 16, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in Uncanny Owl Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash 3.7.0.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in visitors' browsers. The Log In/Log Out Links module accepts an unsafe anchor link and renders it without sufficiently restricting executable markup. Contributor-level access and a privileged user's interaction are required, after which the stored payload runs in the visitor's browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
