CVE-2025-48076Network attack vector

Stored cross-site scripting via crafted group names

Published Nov 4, 2025 · Updated Nov 4, 2025

Stored XSS in Galette 1.1.5.2 and earlier allows attackers to run script in another user's browser through a crafted group name. Galette stores an edited group name and later renders it as active markup without neutralizing alternate script syntax. Access to group-name editing is required, and execution occurs when another user views the stored name, enabling browser-context data access or actions.
