File disclosure via development-server path traversal

Path traversal in Cure53 DOMPurify 3.2.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to read local files through its development server. scripts/server.js joins the raw URL pathname to process.cwd() and streams the resulting path without verifying that it remains beneath that directory. The helper must be started manually; Cure53 disputes that this development-only behavior constitutes a vulnerability.
