Service exhaustion via oversized SFTP file handles

Resource exhaustion in the Erlang/OTP ssh SFTP server allows remote authenticated users to impair service stability with oversized handles. The ssh_sftpd handle_op path accepted client-declared file handles longer than the protocol's 256-byte limit across read, write, close, directory, and metadata operations. An authenticated SFTP account and an enabled Erlang SFTP subsystem are required; repeated requests consume CPU and memory without affecting confidentiality or integrity.
