Code execution via unresized time-channel allocation

Heap-based buffer overflow in libbiosig 3.9.0 and Master Branch (35a819fa) allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted RHS2000 file. In sopen_rhs2000_read, a zero-length hdr->CHANNEL allocation is not resized before time-channel fields are written beyond the heap buffer. Triggering requires libbiosig to parse an attacker-supplied RHS2000 file, after which the writes can execute code in the consuming process.
