CVE-2025-4800Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated code execution via unchecked attachment filename

Published May 28, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026

Arbitrary file upload in MasterStudy LMS Pro 4.7.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code on the server. The stm_lms_add_assignment_attachment function copies an uploaded media attachment under an attacker-supplied filename without checking its extension. Subscriber-level access and both default-disabled Media File Manager and Assignments add-ons are required; executable uploads permit site takeover.
