Local privilege escalation via CredSSP heap overflow

Heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Windows CredSSP allows local users to elevate privileges through crafted certificate data. TSCreateKerbCertLogonBuffer adds an attacker-controlled certificate length with unchecked 32-bit arithmetic, allocates the wrapped size, and copies the certificate into the undersized heap buffer. A low-privileged local account is required; the public PoC demonstrates an LSASS crash rather than reliable privilege escalation.
