SYSTEM privilege escalation via mutable extension offset

Untrusted pointer dereference in Windows Event Tracing allows local users to elevate privileges to SYSTEM through a crafted trace session. EtwpValidateFlagExtension accepts an extension offset that overlaps mutable WMI_LOGGER_INFORMATION fields, so EtwpGetFlagExtension later follows a corrupted item length out of bounds. Low-privilege local access and no user interaction are required; successful exploitation executes code as SYSTEM and can fully compromise the host.
