Unauthenticated middleware bypass via encoded path traversal

Path traversal in Traefik Proxy 2.x before 2.11.25 and 3.x before 3.4.1 allows remote attackers to bypass middleware via encoded paths. The HTTP router matches Path, PathPrefix, or PathRegex rules before normalizing percent-encoded dot segments, so another router can send the request to a backend. Exploitation requires path-based routers that expose only part of a downstream API, and it reaches otherwise unexposed endpoints without the intended middleware chain.
