Second-factor bypass via unrestricted OTP guessing

Improper authentication attempt restriction in Weblate before 5.12 allows remote authenticated users to bypass second-factor authentication. SecondFactorMixin dispatch accepted repeated POST attempts without applying the session_ratelimit_post control to second-factor and credential-authentication views. Valid primary credentials and an enabled second factor are required; automated OTP guessing can take over the protected account.
