Backend MFA bypass via inverted route check

Authentication bypass in TYPO3 CMS 12.0.0 through 12.4.30 and 13.0.0 through 13.4.11 allows remote authenticated users to bypass backend MFA. BackendUserAuthenticator reverses the route-authorization condition, redirecting sessions to auth_mfa only when a route does not require a logged-in backend user. Valid backend credentials and an account configured for MFA are required; protected backend routes then become reachable without completing the second factor.
