CVE-2025-4794Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized news title

Published May 16, 2025 · Updated May 16, 2025

SQL injection in /news.php in Projectworlds Online Course Registration 3.1 allows remote attackers to manipulate database queries. The handler inserts the POST newstitle value directly into a SQL query without validation or parameter binding, enabling time-based blind injection with a crafted SLEEP expression. No login is required; successful exploitation permits unauthorized database reads or writes within the application's database-account privileges.
