Script execution via raw AJAX dashboard title
Published Nov 10, 2025 · Updated Nov 10, 2025
Reflected XSS in Combodo iTop before 2.7.13 and 3.0.0-alpha through 3.2.1 allows remote attackers to run script via AJAX requests. The render_dashboard path in pages/ajax.render.php reads the title parameter as raw data and places it in rendered dashboard HTML without neutralizing markup. Exploitation requires a user to open a crafted request in an authenticated console session, where the injected script runs with that user's browser access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
