Stored script execution via unescaped poller group name

Stored XSS in LibreNMS before 25.5.0 allows remote attackers to execute scripts in another user's browser through a poller group name. The add-host page reads group_name values from poller_groups and inserts them into option elements without HTML encoding. Exploitation requires distributed polling to be enabled and a victim to open the add-host page, where the script runs in that user's browser context.
