User redirection via unvalidated warning-page destination

Open redirect in the Web Filter warning page in Fortinet FortiOS and FortiProxy allows remote attackers to redirect users via crafted HTTP requests. The warning-page handler places an attacker-controlled destination into its redirect response without validating that the target is trusted. No authentication is required, but a user must follow the crafted request; successful exploitation sends that browser to an attacker-chosen site without altering appliance configuration or interrupting service.
