Team invite ID disclosure via restore endpoint

Information disclosure in the Mattermost team-restore API allows remote authenticated users to obtain a team invite ID without invite privileges. The POST /api/v4/teams/:teamId/restore handler returns the team's invite ID to a team administrator even when that account lacks permission to invite members. Exploitation requires team-administrator access and discloses the invitation secret used to add members, without reported data modification or service interruption.
