Device compromise via unauthenticated EDL memory access

Improper access control in Flock Safety LPR firmware through 2.2 allows physically proximate attackers to read and modify device storage. The OpenQ 624A module's EDL interface accepts an unsigned Firehose loader, while disabled secure boot and an unlocked bootloader permit unrestricted memory access and modified firmware. Exploitation requires physical access, opening the camera, switching its carrier-board DIP switch, and attaching micro-USB; successful access permits data extraction, persistent code modification, and full device compromise.
