Application crash via malformed SubRip timestamps

Stack-based buffer overflow in GStreamer gst-plugins-base before 1.26.2 allows remote attackers to crash applications with crafted SubRip data. In parse_subrip_time, a loop calls g_strlcat with a destination pointer at the timestamp string's terminator and advances it, writing zero-padding and terminators beyond the stack-allocated s buffer. The affected application must pass attacker-controlled SubRip timestamp data to the subparse plugin, and the documented consequence is a crash.
