Phishing redirects via unchecked login destination

Open redirect in Horilla HRMS 1.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to send users to arbitrary sites through a crafted login URL. The login_user view in base/views.py passes the user-controlled next parameter directly to redirect() without validating its host or scheme. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted URL and authenticate, after which the redirect can lead to a phishing or malicious domain.
