Stored JavaScript execution via unfiltered pagination setting

Stored cross-site scripting in emlog 2.5.13 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in other users' browsers. The /admin/comment.php handler writes the unvalidated perpage_num parameter to admin_commend_perpage_num and later renders it without output filtering. A registered account and a victim click are required, allowing attacker-controlled script to run in the victim's browser and redirect the session to a phishing site.
