CVE-2025-47728

Code execution via malformed DPAX file parsing

Published Jun 4, 2025 · Updated Mar 18, 2026

Out-of-bounds write in Delta Electronics CNCSoft-G2 before 2.1.0.27 allows attackers to execute code by inducing a user to open a DPAX file. The DPAX parser fails to validate user-supplied file data before writing it, allowing memory corruption in the current process. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted file, and resulting code runs with that process's privileges.
