TFA settings exposure and modification via unprotected routes
Published May 14, 2025 · Updated May 19, 2025
Missing authorization in Drupal Enterprise MFA before 4.7.0 and 5.0.0 through 5.1.x allows remote attackers to alter TFA settings. Certain sensitive routes do not enforce sufficient access checks before returning or updating TFA-related configuration. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the bounded impact is unauthorized reading or modification of those settings.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=0.0.0 <4.7.0
