CVE-2025-47706Network attack vector

Authentication bypass via reusable TOTP tokens

Published May 14, 2025 · Updated May 19, 2025

Authentication bypass in Drupal Enterprise MFA - TFA before 4.7.0 and from 5.0.0 before 5.2.0 allows remote attackers to replay TOTP tokens. The authenticator-based second-factor flow accepts a TOTP value without checking whether that value was already used. A valid username, password, and TOTP generated within the preceding five minutes are required; replay can authenticate again during that window.
