Stored XSS via missing settings nonce validation
Published May 7, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
CSRF in Moloni Contribuinte Checkout 2.0.03 and earlier allows remote attackers to store malicious scripts through forged settings requests. The settings-update function accepts and saves attacker-controlled values without validating a WordPress nonce. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to open a malicious link or page; the stored script then executes during later visits to its rendering context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
