Subscriber-level object injection via unsafe deserialization
Published May 23, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Deserialization of untrusted data in Codexpert WC Affiliate 2.16 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject PHP objects. The plugin deserializes attacker-controlled input into PHP objects; published materials do not identify the affected endpoint, field, or call. Subscriber-level access is required, and file deletion, data access, or code execution also requires a usable POP chain from other installed code.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
