Admin-level code execution via unchecked file upload
Published May 7, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Arbitrary file upload in Themefic Instantio 3.3.16 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code on the server. The save_options() method in admin/tf-options/classes/Ins_TF_Settings.php trusts a client-declared application/octet-stream MIME type and moves the supplied filename into the web-accessible itinerary-fonts directory. Administrator access is required; a PHP web shell placed there runs commands with the web server's privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
