Test-email sending via missing nonce validation

CSRF in Scott Paterson Easy PayPal Events & Tickets 1.2.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to send test emails through an administrator's browser. The wpplugin_paypal_button_load_scripts() function accepts a forged request without valid nonce verification and invokes the test-email action. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to follow an attacker-controlled link, and the reported consequence is limited to unauthorized test emails.
