Authenticated SSRF via responsive-placeholder image fetching

SSRF in LiteSpeed Cache for WordPress 7.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to issue server-side requests through image URLs. The Responsive Placeholder processor fetches an image URL supplied in a Custom HTML post without adequately rejecting local or private destinations. Exploitation requires both Lazy Load Images and Responsive Placeholders to be enabled and an account with unfiltered_html capability, normally an Editor or administrator.
