Unauthenticated file disclosure via incomplete traversal filtering

Path traversal in PWS_Dashboard Personal Weather Station Dashboard 12_lts allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files without authentication. The published proof of concept shows _test.php removing ../ once from the GET test value before passing the result to include(), allowing nested traversal sequences to survive filtering. A crafted request to the public endpoint needs no credentials or user interaction and can expose any file readable by PHP, including private TLS keys.
