CVE-2025-47416Network attack vector

Administrator-level file execution via alphabetical command prioritization

Published Sep 9, 2025 · Updated Sep 9, 2025

Incorrect comparison in Crestron TSW-x60 and TSW-x70 touch screens allows remote authenticated users to execute an attacker-defined file. ConsoleFindCommandMatchList in libsymproc.so enumerates /dev/shm/symproc/c alphabetically and derives permission levels from integers embedded in file names, allowing a crafted file to take priority. Administrator-level network access is required; successful exploitation changes device integrity without a reported confidentiality or availability impact.
