Gfsh command execution via CSRF-enabled GET requests

Cross-site request forgery in Apache Geode 1.10.0 through 1.15.1 allows remote attackers to execute gfsh commands through a user session. ShellCommandsController maps GET as well as POST to /management/commands and passes the cmd query parameter to the command handler without a CSRF-resistant method boundary. Exploitation requires interaction from an authenticated Geode user whose session credentials accompany the crafted GET request, enabling commands with that user’s rights.
