Local memory corruption via invalid camera output pointer

Memory corruption in the camera component of Qualcomm Snapdragon allows local users to compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The camera sensor input/output control path treats a caller-supplied invalid output buffer as a trusted pointer and dereferences it. A local low-privilege process must issue the crafted control request; successful exploitation can corrupt memory in the camera component.
