Local memory corruption via unverified JPEG IOCTL pointers

Memory corruption in the Qualcomm Snapdragon camera component allows local users to corrupt memory through crafted JPEG IOCTL requests. The camera IOCTL handler processes pointer-bearing JPEG data without verifying the referenced memory before dereferencing it. Low-privileged local access is required and no user interaction is needed; malformed requests can corrupt camera-component memory and disrupt its operation.
