Local memory corruption via unchecked register access

Improper register access control in Qualcomm Snapdragon allows local users to corrupt memory through the trusted execution environment. SCE-Mink exposes its register interface without checking the caller's privilege before permitting trusted-environment access. Local low-privileged access is required; exploitation can read or alter protected state and interrupt device operation.
