Certificate-chain exposure via shared VM reference

Cryptographic isolation failure in Qualcomm Snapdragon firmware allows local users to read or alter boot-loader certificate-chain data. A shared virtual-machine reference crosses the HLOS-to-boot-loader trust boundary and exposes the certificate chain to the HLOS. Low-privileged local code can reach this boot-time trust material without user interaction, while no service interruption is reported.
