CVE-2025-47359

Low-privilege memory corruption via concurrent free calls

Published Feb 2, 2026 · Updated Feb 2, 2026

Use-after-free in Qualcomm Snapdragon secure processor firmware allows local users to corrupt memory through concurrent memory-free calls. The memory-free API permits multiple threads to access the same allocation concurrently, leaving one thread to reference memory after another frees it. A local low-privileged caller must trigger the concurrency condition; Qualcomm reports confidentiality, integrity, and availability impact but discloses no specific execution primitive.
