Memory corruption via camera-driver TOCTOU race

A TOCTOU race in the camera driver for Qualcomm Snapdragon platforms allows local users with high privileges to corrupt memory. Qualcomm has not disclosed the named code locus or the incorrect operation beyond stating that the race occurs during sensor utility operations. Triggering requires high local privileges and no user interaction, and resulting corruption can compromise data or interrupt the device.
