Transient denial of service via WLAN HAL over-read

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon's WLAN HAL allows remote attackers to transiently interrupt service via crafted power-control requests. The handler processes attacker-supplied antenna or stream values without validating them before reading beyond the intended buffer boundary. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is limited to transient denial of service rather than data exposure or modification.
