Memory corruption via mode-setting IOCTL use-after-free

A use-after-free in Qualcomm Snapdragon platforms allows local users to corrupt memory through mode-setting IOCTL calls. The mode-setting IOCTL path continues using an object after its lifetime ends, corrupting memory while processing the request. Low-privileged local execution is required; Qualcomm has not disclosed whether exploitation produces a crash or code execution.
