Authenticated command execution via unneutralized macstr input
Published May 15, 2025 · Updated May 16, 2025
Command injection in TOTOLINK A3002R and A3002RU 3.0.0-B20230809.1615 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. The /boafrm/formMapDelDevice HTTP POST handler uses the attacker-controlled macstr value in a command context without neutralization. Low-privileged management access is required, and injected commands can alter router data or interrupt service.
