Denial of service in tornadoweb Tornado before 6.5.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via malformed multipart form data. The parse_multipart_form_data loop logs synchronous warnings for invalid parts and continues parsing instead of raising HTTPInputError. The parser is enabled by default when applications accept multipart bodies, allowing repeated unauthenticated requests to monopolize logging and interrupt service.
