Seed-cluster takeover via unvalidated Google credentials

Privilege escalation in Gardener External DNS Management before 0.23.6 allows remote authenticated users to control the seed cluster. The Google Cloud DNS handler passes a DNSProvider secret's serviceaccount.json to google.CredentialsFromJSON without first requiring service-account type or validating project_id. Administrative rights to a Gardener project, a shoot cluster, or one shoot namespace are sufficient to supply crafted credentials and cross the shoot-to-seed trust boundary.
