Memory exhaustion via retained failed pool clients

Memory leak in Node.js Undici branches before 5.29.0, 6.21.2, or 7.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to exhaust process memory. Pool retains Client objects after unrecoverable TLS certificate connection errors because connectionError handling does not remove them from kClients. Exploitation requires control of an invalid-certificate endpoint and repeated application requests to it; retained clients progressively consume process memory and interrupt the service.
