Missing re-authentication in CE Phoenix Cart 1.0.9.7 through 1.1.0.2 allows local users with an open session to delete the account. The nuke_account.php handler accepted the deletion checkbox and ran session-keyed customer-data deletion queries without validating the current password. Exploitation requires temporary access to a logged-in session and permanently removes the profile and related customer records.
