Authenticated code execution via branch-name interpolation

Code injection in OZI Publish 1.13.2 through 1.13.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code via a crafted branch name. The Create pull request step in action.yml interpolates the GitHub head or ref name directly into a Bash command passed to gh pr create, allowing shell metacharacters to alter the command. Exploitation requires repository privileges sufficient to create the crafted branch and a workflow run with pull-request creation enabled; injected code runs in the action's runner context.
