Service interruption and disclosure via exposed reflection

Authentication bypass in Inedo ProGet 5 through 2024.22 allows remote attackers to invoke restricted actions through crafted web requests. The request-action mapper exposes C# reflection directly, fails to protect certain reflected pathways, and accepts methods such as HEAD without CSRF validation. Anonymous access permits direct exploitation; otherwise, a successful CSRF chain can repeatedly invoke RestartWeb to interrupt service or reach actions that disclose potentially sensitive information.
