Data exposure and DoS via unauthorized pattern acceptance
Published May 23, 2025 · Updated May 23, 2025
Improper pattern validation in i-FILTER 10.50R01 through 10.67R02 allows remote attackers to expose server data or disrupt service. The Anti-Virus & Sandbox pattern-file validator accepts an unauthorized, specially crafted file as an authorized pattern file. Exploitation requires the optional feature to be enabled and the crafted file to be processed; the exposed data and denial-of-service mode are undisclosed.
