Heap-based buffer overflow in Adobe InDesign 19.5.3 and earlier allows attackers to execute code when a user opens a malicious file. Adobe identifies the flaw as a heap overflow during malicious-file handling but has not disclosed the affected parser or unchecked memory operation. Execution occurs with the current user's privileges and requires that user to open the crafted file on Windows or macOS.
