Out-of-bounds write in Adobe FrameMaker 2020.8 and 2022.6 and earlier allows attackers to execute code via a malicious file. Adobe has not disclosed the affected parser, supported malicious file format, or the memory operation that crosses the buffer boundary. A local user must open the file in FrameMaker; successful exploitation runs code with that user's privileges and can compromise data or interrupt the application.
