Browser script execution via manipulated DOM
Published Jun 10, 2025 · Updated Jun 11, 2025
DOM-based cross-site scripting in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.22 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in a victim's browser. Adobe has not disclosed the affected client-side component or the source-to-sink operation that processes attacker-controlled DOM data. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and user interaction, and the script executes within the affected AEM origin's browser context.
